Hey guys! My favorite part was the snack table because I really liked the sugar-filled cookie and the juice. I learned that Panama is known for pottery and there are two different times you can go to school in Panama. The most interesting thing was listining to the guest speaker. I learned a lot of new and different things about Panama.

My favorite part of our special day in social studies was when we got to talk to the guest speakers. I liked talking to them because I learned a lot of interesting things about there different cultures. Somthing I learned was that they have two different school times in Panama. I also learned they go grocery shopping for two to three hours in Taiwan. The most interesting thing I learned was that they only have two main seasons in Panama. I really enjoyed the special day we had because I learned many new things.

My favorite part of when Mr. Aponte came was when he told us all about what he had eaten before!!! He said that he had eaten guinea pig and that he also had eaten that he had eaten horse!! I also found out that they make there houses out of clay! The coolest thing that I found out was is that he speaks four different languages. I really liked having him come in because I learned more information about Puerto Rico, Guatemala, and Belize!

My favorite speaker/part of our global citizenship day was Mrs. Kincaid. I liked her because she told me lots of interesting facts about her life. Some things that I learned from her is that coconuts have a clear liquid inside of them and that in Panama there is 2 different times of day that you can go to school. In the morning and in the afternoon. The most interesting thing I did was wearing the serape.
    BYE LOVE LEAH!

Hey everyone! My favorite part was definantly the snack table. But the fruit-punch was all gone! But i loved all the food and apple-juice. I learned that Mr.Opante could speak quite a few languages. Plus he is from Puerto Rico. The most interesting thing that day was the mayan calendar.

Hello! My favorite part was getting to know Mr. Lee, because I got to get a feeling of what Taiwan was like. I learned that his favorite food is rice and that he moved to Michigan for his family. The most interesting thing I learned was that he had to practice his writing characters 50 times a day a piece. It was very interesting.
